Indy Mobile Fitness is a personal training company that was founded in 2020 by Robert W. Sprague in Westfield, IN. IMF exists as a window for you to find your connection with health and wellness. We live and breathe fitness and seek out the very best of each other in our community. We are here to hold you accountable so you can achieve your fitness goals.
IMF's style of fitness exists around functional movement. As we age, our mobility and flexibility can become pretty restrictive. That's why we focus on creating strength through functional movement patterns. Sessions are 45 minutes long and can take place in your home or our private studio. Prepare to sweat and use muscles you didn't know you had!
At IMF, our clients and their goals are the main priority. We pride ourselves by helping them transform their lifestyles and bodies in a healthy, consistent way that works for THEM. Our clients have found passion in fitness and continue to grow their relentless pursuit of knowledge both in and outside of our scheduled sessions. See for yourself what they think about training with us!
